stuck on blue
Stuck on turquoise actually.
Kristy and I went to Butte today to get some major restocking done. Naturally we had to stop at the mall too. I was pretty good today and only bought a few things. I promise. But I've realized this month that I am completely stuck on turquoise. I LOVE IT! Its my color right now.
I bought a really pretty turquoise scarf today... Ahhhhh, I do so love being a girl. :-)
It was wonderful to walk into the stores out of the cold grey of winter and be greeted with splashes of bright, pretty colors. It just made me happy.
I've been neglecting the blog lately, I'd say sorry but that would be assuming you've missed me. Life has been so wonderfully new and busy that I just don't think of the blog much anymore. Maybe I could post some photography tutorials, some of the very basics that I've picked up.
And last, but definitely not least. The Little Turkey is so stinkin' cute I can't stand it. He loves "MY Baby Sister!" so much already, and she won't be here for another month. His mom told me today that he wrapped her up in a blanket, got her a book and changed her diaper. So basically there was a wadded up blanket on the floor with a book and a clean diaper in it. Baby Sister was there in his imagination. You sweet, sweet child, I love your imagination.
I told him the other day that he was a Smart Cookie. "I NOT a cookie Aunt Anna! I Braxton .... ....!" (He always calls himself by his first, middle and last name)

There's such freedom in doing things God's way. Letting go and putting my life in his hands.
He hath given me such and such things!
Salvation.
Mountains.
Family.
Friends.
Chocolate.
My own thermostat for my room.
A happy heart. {so happy}
Smiles that can't be wiped off my face.
A pair of Silver jeans given to me. Perfect fit. Perfect length.
A massive appetite. I can't wait for mealtime these days. :-)
Did I mention family? I don't think its possible to love them any more than I do.
An amazing church.
